Sarah & Todd - La Jolla Engagement Session

Not your typical sun-filled beach engagement session, that's for sure!  The OC area was bright and sunny when we left on the nearly two-hour drive south to La Jolla to shoot Sarah and Todd’s engagement photos, but when we got there, it was gloomy and cold – boooo.  However, because this is a very special place for Sarah and Todd who spend time there whenever they can spare it, they really wanted to go ahead and brave the less-than-ideal beach temperature, so we said, let’s do it!  Wow, we are really glad we did!  No need for scarves and mittens at all – these guys make their own heat!  Speaking of heat, check back in August for their wedding photos – we know they will be just as hot!

Rena & Christopher - Washington, DC Engagement Session

Oh my, what could be better than a spring engagement session in our Nation's beautiful Capital, during cherry blossom season!  We were delighted to spend a wonderful weekend with Christopher and Rena in and around the City they call home.  From the extraordinary National Cathedral, to the DC monuments, every moment was filled with fun and laughter!  Miss Rena the ballerina, and her handsome beau have some incredible chemistry, no?  We've made some great new friends and we're looking forward to shooting their California wedding next year!
